For some of us, it is time for a change in the way we look at our health and wellbeing. Of course there are times when we need to go for a treatment, to be pampered, and to be taken care of.
But there are other times when we have had enough of the way things are, and we want things to be different. We want to have a say in what is happening to us, and we want to create amazing change in our lives.
If you want to participate fully in your own life, then Denise and PKP could be what you are looking for.

Look for the "tranformation cards" on his webpage. Rick also has some wonderful tape sets for clearing our subconscious programming.

Can you help with allergies?
Only a qualified medical doctor can say they can treat a named medical condition, but there is GOOD NEWS! Whatever the name of your condition, for example, allergies, migraine or asthma, the focus of a session with Denise will take you further towards the place you want to be, and away from the painful place you are in right now. For example, if you want to eat a particular food, we will explore what you need to change so that you can do that, or we can test to see how often you should eat a particular thing. For instance, my body says I can have wheat once a week, so that is what I do.
How long does it last?
A mixed answer here, because it really does depend on what happens to you after you leave my office. Some people need a follow up session, other people have a miraculous first visit and send all their friends.
As you can imagine, some problems are not solved in one hour; there may be layers which can be attended to over several weeks. I don't have a fixed idea of how long it is going to take, and while some people love to come for a session regularly to maintain their balance and their positive growth, others prefer to learn to manage their own stress levels and they come less often. Ideally, clients will learn to sustain themselves, and come in for a session when they get "stuck". I will do my best to teach you tools that assist you in taking care of yourself so that you do not have to come back unless you want to.
Taking a Stress release course aimed at families would give you tools you can use in your own home.
I don't have the best nutrition. How can you help?
I can test your muscles and your body will show you what nutrition works for you, what makes you stronger and more energetic. I can also test your muscles and find what isn't working for you and what you need to change.
I prefer to use whole food supplements rather than synthetic vitamins which are made from chemicals made to look like the vitamins naturally found in food. Food sourced vitamins seem much more effective in my experience. I prefer to use GNLD, and Nutri-West products, as these have proven themselves reliable with muscle testing.
